This regional headquarters building for Groundworks and the Wildlife Trust in Hertfordshire occupies the site of a former research station now part of the University of Hertfordshire. Designed to achieve BREEAM excellent and also aiming to be one of the first PassivHaus rated office buildings in the UK.
