Two new houses constructed over alluvium with peat lenses, we developed a reinforced concrete foundation supported on Screwfast piles to minimise noise and vibrations to the adjoining historic properties. The solid timber pre-fabricated panel system was procured on a design and supply basis; delivered to site with all insulation, cladding, and membranes in place.
