Two new timber houses for a landlocked site. Construction was televised on Grand Designs in 2007. The houses were built off Screwfast foundations with Parallam engineered timber for the suspended primary framing of the ground, first and roof. Frame infill panels were of timber I-joists. We were closely involved in the development and detailing of the solid timber stairs, and silicon jointed glazing.
